Job Description and Requirements


Game UI/UX Designer (Bangkok, Thailand)

UX/UI Designers should be well-versed in current Web and game UI/UX design standards, including best practices for usability and accessibility. Both areas require a good eye for design and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Create cutting-edge designs, from concept to execution, across multiple platforms and form factors:  PC, tablet and mobile apps.
  • Seek input, requirements and iterative feedback from game designers to help define creative design solutions, and present these back to the team.
  • Contribute to defining solutions that improve game experience and design flow during production.
  • End-to-end involvement:  help drive creative projects from inception, through development, implementation, QA, launch, and ongoing support/updates.
  • Work closely with producer, engineers and art director to ensure smooth operation and high quality of aesthetic

Requirements:

  • Serious passion for user-centered design
  • At least a Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields
  • Possess a good command of English
  • Both a conceptual thinker and a detailed designer
  • Knows the difference between a project goal and a requirement
  • Experience as graphic designer, UX designer, UI designer, interaction designer, visual design, or similar
  • Experience and examples creating websites, software applications, interactive spaces, games, and / or mobile applications
  • Strong coding skill will be an advantage
  • Examples of high-level visual strategy or style guides or UI libraries

Game Planner (Bangkok, Thailand)

Have you ever longed to plan new content and events for the game of your dreams? Make that a reality. As a game planner with Quest Drop, you’ll be in charge of ensuring product sustainability and profitability, reviewing and analyzing key game metrics and monitoring gaming trends to contribute to operation strategy. You’ll also be tasked with attending to customer queries. You’ll work with both users and the production team to ensure not just smooth game operation, but also the best experience possible for users.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPI to ensure profitability and stability of the product on a daily basis
  • Review and analyze the key game metrics on a daily basis
  • Report business progress with quantitative data to product manager regularly
  • Monitor the gaming trends, patterns and discussions to contribute to operation strategy
  • Plan and execute in-game events to drive user engagement and monetization
  • Test new product content to identify bugs and provide constructive feedback
  • Attend to customer inquiries promptly
  • Provide recommendation for customers with queries
  • Receiving feedback from users to suggest improvements to the game operations team and the development team

As a part of the Community Team, your responsibilities will include moderating and responding to customer support requests and communicating the community’s feedback to the rest of the team. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, smart, self-motivated, efficient, hard-working individual who genuinely enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderating message boards, including working with volunteer moderators and sages, to ensure that messages stay on topic and adhere strictly to the code of conduct;
  • Building and working with gaming communities for new games
  • Establish and maintain standards for the process of writing game documentation and release notes for game updates;
  • Supporting the game teams in running community events
  • Coordinating and executing community promotions with partners;

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and moderating online communities through forums, websites, and other platforms;
  • Good interpersonal writing skills in English and Thai;
  • The ability to clearly communicate and comprehend technical topics;
  • A passion for online games and an understanding of games, the development process, customer service, and the market in general;

Quality Assurance Executive (Bangkok, Thailand)

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be managing all aspects of quality assurance process to ensure the quality of our products and supporting the operations team for this game.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of build/event releases
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
  • Perform daily client performance testing on our games.
  • Find and report issues/bugs/inconsistencies.
  • Maintain bug lists via our bug tracking system.
  • Follow up with community reported bugs.
  • Work with developers on an individual level to help understand & troubleshoot problematic issues.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate will be considered, but 1-2 years experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role is preferred.
  • Possess an excellent command of English
